Maike joined the People & Culture Circle with the goal of creating a workspace at Carbonfuture that empowers her colleagues to focus on providing a trusted infrastructure for carbon removal. In her role, she oversees the office management, which includes coordinative and administrative tasks. She finds great joy in working with a product she personally believes in, that benefits people and has significant environmental value. Maike has the clarity of wanting to align her work with climate action, something she has found at Carbonfuture.
