My passion lies in driving legal solutions that promote climate neutrality and social justice. I am committed to using my expertise in international law and environmental policy to create a fairer, more sustainable future for all.

Svea’s legal career began with a focus on social justice and environmental issues. During her law studies in Augsburg and through her involvement with Amnesty International, she developed a strong interest in international legal matters. After graduating, she volunteered at a marine institute in Ecuador, contributing to the preservation of marine ecosystems, and worked at a law firm in Berlin advocating for equal opportunities and against discrimination. These experiences led her to pursue an LL.M. in International Law at Católica in Lisbon. While studying, she worked at a climate policy think tank, focusing on contract law, compliance, international guidelines, and cross-border regulations. After finishing her master’s, she now aims to apply her knowledge at Carbonfuture, where she contributes her expertise in international law, regulations, and compliance to the protection of the planet.
